Yes, in order for us to completely take your website off of your plate is to put it onto ours! Of course you do not need to pay for our high performance hosing. It is included (no extra cost to you) along with our website management service. And yes you are saving a lot each month for not paying a hosting like ours.
Yes, You need to use our hosting because there are a lot of web hustings out there claiming to be the best. But the reality is, they sell that best hosting to thousands at the same time resulting poor service and low in performance. But we want to provide the best website management service and hence, we manage our own state of the art servers so that we know for sure that everything is setup and runs correctly. We take care of everything, so you don’t have to!

That’s no problem, we can manage as many websites that you have. Our service(single order) covers one single site, domain, subdomain or WordPress installation. If you have multiple sites as subdomains of a site (e.g. rwd1.domain.com and rwd2.domain.com) they still count as separate sites. If you have 3 websites that you’d like us to manage, you’ll need 3 separate purchase for each site.
Website Questions
Once you chose a template from our design gallery for your website. You can proceed with the purchase. On the welcome email we will ask you to provide some additional information to start working. Once you provide us with the necessary information we will have you plan fully implemented in 24-48 hours.
After that we will ask you to provide more content to replace the placeholder content on the site.
Based on you response it might take a week or two to finish the site. Then we do the speed optimization on your site and being so you are fully on beard.
Once the initial setup is done, you will enjoy the truly website maintenance service.
Yes, it includes unlimited changes or edits to you website. And it is the beauty of our website maintenance service.
Unlimited edits do include edits to content on any page, changing banners, headers, or footers, changing plugin settings, CSS adjustments, blog content or context edits, adding a new landing page, formatting landing pages, changing images or text, adding coupon codes or updating shopping carts. Unlimited truly does mean unlimited too!
Unlimited edits do not include custom development (PHP, plugins, themes, etc), updating custom code, graphic design, PSD to WordPress, creation of content, or building out a new website or subdomain.
EDIT EXAMPLE 1
Included: You want us to upload blog content that you created with attached images that have been sent and format for WordPress with instructions
Not included: You want us to create a blog post, find images and upload to WordPress with no instruction for formatting
EDIT EXAMPLE 2
Included: You want us to add a new product to your WooCommerce store (for which you’ve provided all needed content).
Not included: You want us to create a custom checkout process for your WooCommerce store.
EDIT EXAMPLE 3
Included: You want us to install and set up a plugin to use its built-in functionality.
Not included: You want us to create new functionality that doesn’t exist in a plugin. (This would require custom development which may be available at an hourly development rate.)

If you are already a client , you will use our dedicated Client Portal here to submit your revision request or any other request you might have. It will allow you to track the changes easily and be able to make the request of changes quickly.
WordPress Questions
Yes, update WordPress core, plugin and theme updates once a month. Your WordPress plugins should always be kept up to date to ensure that those changes are applied on your site immediately. This improves WordPress security and performance.
Our services ensure that your site will be as secure as possible and prevent any security breach at the first place. We believe that your site will be safe with us. But definitely we take full responsibility to remove any malware infection if there is any. So you can be sure you are on good hand.
Currently we treat each client equally but we have plan to have a different plans for more functional website, like membership website, ecommerce website to a different plans. When we will do that, any existing client will not need to upgrade for higher plans. Only new clients will need to signup and pay more for upgraded plans. It is our way to say “thank you” for being a loyal client.
Billing & Support Questions
You do not need to signup any contract with us. That means, if you do not like our service, (that is very unlikely), you can cancel anytime.

No we do not provide phone support. Because, the nature of our services require sharing information between you and our expert team. And email/our client portal is the ideal and most efficient form of communication system. For example you can not share a complex password over phone. Also when you use our client portal you or our team can access previous records very easily. It makes the service process very easy, reliable and efficient.
Also we are transparent about the pricing, support we are going to provide, everything. So,
it just makes more sense to handle all our support through email.
While we don’t offer phone support, we’ve made customer service a huge priority here at Rapid Website Design and you’ll find our email support fast, effective and friendly!
Of course, you can. Our client portal is easy to access even using your phone. All you need an active internet connection and you are all set to reach us using any edit request.
